Two Mental Exercises to Improve Mindset: G.P.S and G.L.A.D
Dear friends,
I invite you to practice these two quick and easy mental exercises to cultivate a positive and healthy mindset.
The first, called G.P.S., is done in the morning to set up a positive direction for the day.
The second, called G.L.A.D., consists of 4 questions to ask yourself every night before falling asleep.
These two quick (2 minutes) mental exercises can help you improve negative or gloomy moods and increase your ability to handle day-to-day challenges. Practice the exercises regularly and you will see their good influence. Writing them down can be even better and more powerful.
